No matter how good a success may be, the success not in the right direction will be surely back to the beginning, and it may lead to completely different irreversible direction. When Company devotes itself to the right direction rather than pursuing success at fast speed, it will be a permanently remaining company. As the employees and consumers are also in the right direction through Company's right direction, they can devote themselves all together to the same direction.

It is not meaningful for Company to make a great achievement by any means. Only when Company makes meaningful achievements, it can become a company necessary to all of us. Under the situation of reality going to limitless competition, we would like to go forward a step by a step giving more weight to meaning rather than achievement.

Pleasure goes toward one's own good. If Company pursues pleasure, many people affiliated to Company will fall into the bottomless pit due to pleasure. Affection goes toward others. If employees who are internal customers are affected, the employees will affect consumers who are external customers. Company must make profit to have justification for being, Company is obliged to protect all persons affiliated to Company including investors. We would like to be a company to practice sharing much more profits with neighbors in need rather than making an effort for possession. In order to be a company of which necessity is felt positively by all of us, we will make efforts all together.
